"Tricia is amazing. She goes above and beyond what any realtor is expected to do. From day one we knew she was honest and working for us. She helped us through the entire process including negotiations with the builder. Tricia even stayed with us while we were signing all of our papers at closing which was an hour and a half long ordeal. We have been in our house for a few months now and Tricia still checks in to make sure we are doing ok as well as reminds us of little things that need to be done. We highly recommend Tricia and will use her the next time we decide to buy/sell. She really was a breath of fresh air during a long and somewhat stressful process. Thank you Tricia for everything :)"

"I'd bought my first home on my own over a decade ago- then later realized I was taken for quite a ride. My next home I decided not to go it alone and have someone with experience in my corner looking out for me. Tricia Daley was that person. she sat with me and broke down the home selling and buying process to a level that I understood. She answered all my questions ( I had tons) and researched the ones she didn't have an immediate answer to and got back with me.I bought a new home and sold my old one with her-while gathering some knowledge/ good info along the way-Great Realtor, a good person and new friend. "Words are "NEVER" enough to express the professionalism Tricia exercised while selling my property. Ethical standards and values as a Relator is what she upheld and what I experienced throughout the selling process. The level of integrity she operates in is what I’m honored to say I witness first hand. Although I relocated from the Killeen/Fort Hood area to Dallas, the process was smooth enough to make me want to attend the closing so I could physically meet her to say thank you. No I’ve NEVER met her but her track record spoke volumes to me!There are many Relators out there but I honestly don’t think they can compare to Tricia. I was informed about all of my showings, I received weekly reports & phone calls and text messages with the smallest updates. If there was a change or hurdle we encountered, I was always made aware firsthand. Being away made it very challenging but I saw the sacrifice Tricia made even staying “several late evenings” to ensure my property was ready for a Buyer. I feel as a client, everything that I desired for the sale of my property was worth it. After doing my research on the Relators in the area, I know I selected the right individual to market my home. "I went to Tricia in a total disarray. Someone had referred me to her. My home mortgage increased dramatically and my best option was to sale. I had relocated to another state, due to military obligations. My loan company was garbage and made it very hard to get anything accomplished. Tricia took this project underneath her wing. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand, told me what I was facing and what were my best options. She handled things that I could not believe she agreed to. For example, she helped me with Transportation of my house hold goods. She devoted her time in making sure my house/yard maintenance was kept up to par. She also reached out to other resources. Like I said, I was facing unfortunate circumstances. I was selling a beautiful 3 yr old home in a new area that was still building.I am proud to say after all her Hard work & Dedication, the house was SOLD!!!! I couldn't be happier!!! "For this exchange, Tricia was the agent for the seller. I expected once the initial contract for the sell was completed she would vanish until closing. To my surprise, I was wrong. Through numerous failed closing attempts, Tricia was there keeping me informed and aware of available options (specific to my situation) to weather through this agonizing experience. Although my frustration was evident, her soft-spoken demeanor did not waiver. Her professionalism, experience and personable attitude made the difference for a transaction that I would have otherwise walked away from.
